Hunter’s Briefcase
A stunning design for a stellar local indie band.
Challenge
Most of the time, my clients choose me for my specific style and let me have free reign. This offers me freedom, but it can also be intimidating to not have a confined scope.
The Process
I had the privilege of going to a few shows and meeting the band beforehand, and that offered me a perspective into the band’s collective personality. I listened to their music throughout and came up with several different options to point me in the right direction.
The Result
I incorporated the band’s personality and even took into account the Hunter S. Thompson reference with the desert cowboy image to produce a shirt design I’m super proud of. It gained a lot of buzz on social media, and is one of their best selling shirts.
